I bought few GSA services here. I just want to ask is there any point of doing that? I don't know will I gonna see those backlinks in google webmaster tools???

GSA is a software that is used for building backlinks to wherever you want. Most people, myself included, use GSA or GSA services on tier 2 and tier 3 links just in case something was messed up and a penalty is given out. If you do them on your second and third tier links then you're safe from this penalty, usually...
Xrumer, Scrapebox, SeNuke and GSA are all in the same bracket. GSA just seems to be one of the leaders because of all the features it has. The software can basically make a complex linking campaign with multiple tiers and run on auto pilot. It's preached as the all in one link building tool because of how well it works if used correctly :D

It's not always "safe" because if you do it wrong you could damage your website pretty good. I wouldn't just buy the software and start blasting links to your pages because that's the best way to mess things up.
Do some research before you start to run the software and you should be ok. Watch a ton of youtube video and read as much as you can about it before running it :D

GSA is a powerful tool if used right, and not every seller will be able to tier the links well. I know the software will basically set everything up for you, but if the user does not have a good list in order to publish links to, it could just hurt your website. And this is the main reason why I always tell people to never aim it at their homepage or subpages, but at their second and third tiered links.
By aiming it at your second and third tier links you can avoid a penalty usually. Your second and third tiers can get the penalty and if they get dumped, your website will still be safe most of the time
I do use a GSA servicer here on Seocheckout and it's proven to be successful with some of my campaigns that I run for just a month. Most of the time you'll have to run it on all your links month after month in order to see a good benefit because you're in a never ending backlinks and SEO game now
What you should do:
Build high quality links
Build links on dozens of platforms
Push out press releases
Build social profiles on all the main platforms
When you have those done you should compile all of the URLs and add them to a .txt file and save them. This will be your first tier of links and you can then give them to a GSA service provider and have him or her build links to them. You won't see an instant boost in the SERPs like you would if you built the GSA links to your homepage, but you also will avoid any penalties ;)
