Follow these instructions to possibly fix the issue:

  1. Disconnect your iPad, iPod, or iPhone from the computer.
  2. Download the latest iTunes software.
  3. Using Finder, navigate to the System folder, then Library, then Extensions and find the AppleUSBEthernetHost.kext file. Move it to your desktop. This will remove it from Extensions.
  4. Install iTunes using the download from step #2 above.
  5. From the Utilities folder in Applications run the Terminal program.
  6. Enter the following command to update the extension. This should all be typed on the same line and then press enter/return. There is a space between kextload and /System…
    sudo kextload /System/Library/Extensions/AppleUSBEthernetHost.kext

Restart the computer just to make sure all changes are saved.

Try these steps and let me know what happened.

You saw it? The pic doesn't show up for me, I had trouble trying to show image, or upload file un here. I don't have anything connected to my computer. I don't have an extentions folder. I don't seem systems but I went to library. No extentions in there.

I don’t see the image either. Perhaps that image is privy for a Mac only? My laptop is running on Windows so maybe the image was not translated properly hence it is not shown. However I checked the link and it looks like it is in Photobucket which was already deleted that’s why the image is not showing.

I cannot see the photo directly on this thread, I can see it when I copy the link however.

Navigate to this link and check the second post. Might be of use to you.

Have you already tried to insert this line into the terminal: cd /System/Libraray/Extensions or opening "Go"->"Go To Folder" and typing /System/Library/Extensions/AppleUSBEthernetHost.kext.

Also, do you remember when did this started happening? After installation of what has this started occurring? iTunes or?

Try re-installing iTunes for start, if you cannot find the path specified above.
