I like Payoneer but their fees are very high. Are there any alternatives to Payoneer? One that is similar, which gives you a credit card that can be used in many countries?

Back to topic, Paxum is also popular with webmasters that I know, but I don't know how it's fees compare to Payoneer. Fees aren't really that high if you use Payoneer for payment in stores.
