    What if your customers need help when you are a reseller?

    If you buy a reseller package from your hosting company and then resell to your own customers, how will you handle customer complaints if they have a technical issue with the hosting? Does your host company handle these issues?

    In reseller hosting, they usually help you on online chat. Most of the answers you can find instantly using Google.
