    Should I buy more than one domain per site?

    I am thinking about buying several domains for a blog project that I will be working on this year. I want to use one for the main blog domain and one for a forum that will be on the blog folder. Do you think two domains will be enough or should I buy more, just in case I want to have other features?

    yeah you can buy it for sure.
    But 1 domain is permanent
    and others are only used in forwarding.

    Using a subdomain is a very common technique of many large sites. However, i have seen some sites use a different domain to redirect to their own subdomain. This is useful when advertising the link on television or online websites or for other tracking purposes.

    You don't have to buy too many domains if your business is one. If you have multiple businesses, having domains for each business could be a good idea, however, one domain for one business is ok. If you want a forum or a blog on your primary website, you can create subdomains and use it as forum or blog.
