    Anything that is not so much.. If you post TARGETTED posts, 5-10 are pretty enough per day (with 2-3 hours between them!) How many posts per day do you consider a good amount?

    As long as you have over 1000 friends/followers, who actively participate in your posts, sharing 4 posts in 24 hours by spreading them, is a good idea. I think 10 posts in a day with 2-3 hours gap is too much. If you do not get engagements on your post, there is no point in posting. Therefore, I think having one of two post every day and encouraging engagement is a better option.

    I only post once a day in Facebook but not every day, maybe 3 times a week at the most. But if I have something to promote in social media, I would probably post every day and maybe 3 to 5 times. But, of course, the post to promote would not be the same because that is clearly spamming. There is should be a creative flavor so my Facebook friends would not easily realize that I am promoting persistently. And the posts should be far apart, not in just one burst.

    I share my personal stuff on facebook timeline, however, I don't share much. I only share when something interesting is happening in my life. However, I have numerous facebook pages where I share every day. I share only once per day. I don't want to clutter my followers feed with too many sharing. Furthermore, sharing more does mean receiving more social signals or traffic. In other to generate social signals and traffic, you should share interesting stuffs.
