    SEO and nofollow links

    Hey @seoguru24x7 since you mentioned that TF and CF, and i already know about DA and PA, so i am really curious about weight of nofollow links regarding this metrics... Does it really worth getting bunch of these links? I don't see them listed while i am checking DA, PA, TF, CF.... To me, there is no much sense to waste time on nofollow links except to get few clicks now and then, or am i missing something SEO and nofollow links

    I think nofollow links make your backlink profile look natural. If your website is only getting dofollow links, Google may think something fishy is going there.

    No follow links can be relevant to your post’s context and can come from the sources which have a potential to generate high referral traffic.

    Google needs both do follow and no follow links. No follow links give a positive signal to google that website has natural backlinks.

    As SEO professionals, I know we're all aiming for dofollow links that pass a lot of "linkjuice" to the main website. If we all had our way, earning links would be easy, every link would be followed, and Google would never, ever penalize websites for having too many links, or too many links of a certain type. We would all have millions of dollars, and would spend our days on the beach drinking fancy cocktails. Unfortunately... that's just not the way things are.

    Honestly, a nofollow link isn't the end of the world, either for you or for a client. These links are valuable, and important for anyone trying to build their brand online. As I've tested, they hold significant power, and more than you might expect.

    Instead of focusing on whether or not a link is followed, we should do our best to get those links in front of the right audience at the right time, crafting content beyond the link that motivates conversions. As it is for everything in SEO, obtaining links is all about balance: the balance between dofollow and nofollow, "juicy" links and "dry" ones.

    Do you mean to say that the no-follow links also have value with the SEO of your site? I have read in many discussions that your backlink that is posted on a no-follow site will not be considered by search engines for their evaluation in the search list. That is short of saying that your backlink on a no-follow site will be ignored by search engines. Now I am asking why such a condition? Isn’t a backlink just a backlink and should all be the same when it comes to search engines?

    I am more into SMM works, while SEO is field where have to learn something every day SEO and nofollow links

    Some time ago I made test and rank one of my sites specially with notfollow, but valuable in other ways like high pr, when it was actual value, edu and so on links. Not very competitive term, but it worked, so I'm into believe that every type of valuable links count, dofollow or notfollow.

    Some times nofollow link got damage to site. So always do follow link which help to give you positive result in ranking in search engine.
