My understanding of PPC is a paid advertisement which means you will spend for your site’s promotion. How about doing SEO work instead? You will be uploading new contents anyway since you said your site is new. That content is already an SEO method. You just need to tag the content with keywords when you upload it so it will have more influence with search engines. Perhaps you have the time to promote your site even just by a post in social media.
