A very nice over view for the subject of social networking/marketing.

Another tip is to try out newer sites like Pinterest and less cluttered social networking platforms. Establish your presence there before those sites get popular.

Kinda agree with this. But it can be a little hard considering newer sites only have a few people around, especially if your niche is kinda not that popular.

But, that's the best reason to use those sites, as they're not already cluttered with so many people in your own niche. Then as those sites become popular, you are already established as an expert there in your niche and your backlinks are older than the ones being posted by newer members.

Great post !!!
Well social networking and marketing are the beneficial in two ways personal as well as professional. For example its connecting people to people, makes new contacts, also helpful for promoting the business and product description. Now social media like Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook etc are used by almost every person if it is professional or non-professional.

I remember in the olden days, the business card of a company contains the business address and phone number. Now, it seems that the website and email address is more important than the phone number especially for firms offering services because they can send details and quotations via email while the prospective client can view their website for more convenience. I agree that the social media is the most potent marketing venue now such that Facebook pages are growing in number every day. So if you have a business, don't be left behind. Create a Facebook page to promote your business.

I enjoyed reading your post and must say that social media and online marketing work hand in hand to boost sales for those that are really interested in making big on the internet. I'm not into most of the social media networks, but I know how possible it is for one to maximize this opportunity.

The best thing about social media sites is they help you establish your brand. You can create a facebook page representing your product, services or website. You can create twitter, instagram and pinterest account. When you ar epresent across multiple platforms, it becomes easier to promote your business.
Social media sites are also the best platforms for online marketing. When you market on social media, you not only get traffic but also social signals and these social signals help you in getting higher rank on search engines.

The Facebook Page is one good tool provided by Facebook for promoting something continuously. If you have a business of selling products then I agree that is it good to have a Facebook page so you can post whatever details that you want to show. There can also be a sort of question and answer on that Page since the readers can post a comment. It is like having a mini website that is free and easy.
