Do you actively seek backlinks such as with an organized backlinking campaign? Or, do you only casually seek a backlink such as if you are already reading a blog post and then happen to leave a blog comment with your site backlink? Which technique is working best for you to get backlinks?
If I can get a backlink on a site, then I will. Whenever possible, I will get a backlink assuming it's allowed on that website to do so.
