It is hard. It's much easier to just get a new domain and start over.

I think that it is often just easier to start over. But then again I would say it also depends on what sort of money you spent on the site already so it may be worth the effort to try and save it.

If you are used to seeing your site sitting nicely in the Google search results and then suddenly it ... Perhaps you are a victim of the Google ban.

Yes there is a way. First check your website content and update it as per requirement with fresh data. Remove broken links or low quality backlink from your website. Then create backlinks from high PR sites. It will take time but your site will be recover.

If you've put years into a site or blog, you might have no choice but to fight for the site to keep it up. Google has been known to change their mind if the site owner makes a reasonable effort to fix the problems that got it banned in the first place.

When you site is banned from Google then it would become really too hard for you to recover it, it would be better if you start fresh work with new domain name.

Short answer: You're f#%ked...
Long Answer: Request to ban bad backlinks and start spring cleaning. If you don't want to put in the effort (which being banned shows kinda proves you're n that category) then start again from scratch and stop hiring idiots to spam your link to comment boxes.

There should be a way to disavow bad links in Google Webmaster Tools. That may not solve the problem, but at least it's a first step toward cleaning up bad spam links. If your site was banned for another reason, address those situations directly and clean them up before submitting your site to Google for reevaluation.

It's worth spending some time getting to know what Google likes and doesn't like. A churn-and-burn site you can replace, but believe me the cycle of penalties is only going to get worse - replacing a site once is no big deal, but if you have to replace it once a month, your time and effort are much better spent cleaning your site up. It can be done, and the payoffs - the fact that you have documented your efforts and worked with Google to redeem yourself - will end up being much larger in the long run.

Its very hard to regain Google trust. You can apply for site resubmission request.
Or you can redirect your old website to new domain using 'Permanent Redirect'

Be careful using the Google+ Button to "Bump" your Services - I already got ONE Twitter Account Suspended and then just received this nice Note from Google:

What if google bans you?

The Past warning it speaks of is also from Social Bumping - I hardly ever Bump anyways

Be careful.

Some people say its difficult. But without knowing the site in question its harder to say as it all depends on what the site was banned for in the first place. Google Webmaster Tools can tell you a lot of things about your site in the SERPS and any problems that its found with it such as broken links, missing pages etc. As well as information about off-page SEO like unnatural backlinks for example. If that is the case you can try to use the Google Disavow Tool. But if not you will need to find the reason for the ban and then attempting to reverse engineer or simply remove the offending thing. But don't expect results overnight! Even if you do remove the reason for the ban. That still doesn't always remove the ban itself. For that, you will need to submit a re-inclusion request. But even then, you may have to wait. Google has to update its index first and put you back in it.

However if you can't find the reason for the ban. Then you may want to consider doing an SEO audit. But this is only really for bigger sites that earned a lot in the past. For your small site about ugg boots its not worth it. Like others said you're better off just start a new site and starting again.

This is the very truth, if you don't know WHY it broke, you can't fix it. But trust, on the website it can all be fixed. For example, even though I just started with my site, I am emotionally attached to the name and theme and if I broke it, I would want to fix it. Big dollar sites that are established but got sucked into bad SEO/linkbuilding can eventually fix it - the fix is cheaper than making long-established customers/visitors go looking for you and maybe being waylaid by a competitor in the process.

Good point. If you banned, it might be worth the time to see why you were banned so you do not do it again.

Google is really stupid, or is he?. if Google bans peoples business on the net and force people to make new domains, well I ask my self; What is the point for G to do that. If People are forced to crate new domains, well G must craw for new and its never ending story. If G was a smarter machine the best would be to give people chance in short distance of time to fix the websites. Not to heavy ban for long time. So i would think that new algorithm is not so bad. I will think G is smarter and are indeed have some point of calculation to lift punishment in shorter time, if website are doing well. I mean why not? Its a logic. And machines love the Logic. :-)

I believe that you can get indexed back in but it will be extremely difficult to do so. Your best bet would to probably just buy a new domain and start off with a new domain or just start a new site entirely. I mean, this isn't your only option but I think it would be the easiest way around it.

You will never be able to rank your domain in Google again anytime soon, so order a new domain and start over.
Or, try to develop an alternative of Google, i.e. drive traffic to your site from social media sites etc.

Again, Google is making the attempt to identify websites of value. Their definition of value is good user experience. Again, if your business philosophy is churn and burn, and you want the easy way in and the easy way out, just replace the site. I have a client now that got hit, but their site is known and the value is in fixing it, not replacing it. It takes work to repair a site, yes, but it's not impossible. Here's an analogy: you have a cheap car (Yugo?) and it breaks down, needs major work - probably cheaper and easier to junk it and replace it. But if you have a valuable vintage car or a loved sportscar (1957 Jaguar XK140?), you will want to put the work in to repair and restore it. Some websites are worth keeping. And the bottom line is, it's a test. If you put the effort in to fix, Google knows the site is real and valued.

You can start over. Depends on if you like to fix things or not. If you think it would be easier to start over, and not mess with the headaches of it all then this is what you should do.

Getting it back will be something that might be hard to do depending on how much you will have to fix. But if you worked so hard on this you might want to take the option to have it fixed. If a lot of hard work went into your site, you might find that starting over is really not an option for you.

The threat of Google bans is why I don't rely on just one site or page anymore as it can happen to even the best site. And, then there goes all your money.

When did I was anything about Buying Google+ Services? I have never bought anything relating to Google+.

I said I simply used the "Social Bump" Feature provided here on Seocheckout to "Bump" my Service to the front Page of seocheckout.

When you Bump your Service, you're required to "Share" whatever Seocheckout want you to share onto your personal Social Profile.

Most people might think that they are Sharing their OWN Service, but you're actually Sharing a Random Service from seocheckout's Database which is "Hidden" from your View. (this is something that even I was not aware of at the time of my Suspension)

The only answer I can think of is if the "Random Service" happened to be something relating to Google (such as a Service Selling Google+ Votes, or Google Circles, etc). Then when I Bumped my Service, I may have unknowingly Shared a "Google Related Service" to my Google+ Profile which may have been the cause of my Suspension.

You can see what service is being promoted to your Google+ page, so possibly you could simply reload the page if you don't want to promote that particular service. Is that a possibility?

Are you talking to me? Do you have any experience with Google/Youtube Account restrictions, Appeals, etc??

There is not ONE person on planet earth who has EVER "Won" an Account Restriction "Appeal".

In fact, I don't even think anyone has EVER contacted an actual "Human" from Google/Youtube. It's ALL Robots.

and it doesn't take a genius to know that Robots could care less about the humans.

If Google search bans you it is really hard to surface again. You will have to start from scratch and wait for months again to get indexed on the search. IF you are banned from Google Adsense, you cannot reinstate your adsense account or create a new one. Therefore, you should take Google seriously. You should always do White Hat SEO, never copy other contents and do not violate Google's publishing rules. In order to be safe with you adsense you should refrain from clicking your own ads or asking people to click ads.
