Does anyone know of a good website / service I can sign up to and use to run a campaign to get visitors to my website where I bid on the clicks, etc.. ? I want a really active one to use just like Facebook Advertising & Google Adwords. Anyone know of any?

7search is ok. I got decent results from it but nothing great like FB. Have you tried perfectaudience.com? They retarget your visitors on FB an Adsense. It is cheap and works great.

You might also want to try bidvertiser although I had very poor results with them.

And finally, buysellads for banner ads. Good for brand building.
