Cookies question

Hello all,
I have a question regarding the cookies Seocheckout uses...
I have a redirect link to my referral link...
I am afraid a lot of people access it for one second and leave...
My question is, does it leave a trace cookie so that if they are back i will still be their referrer ?

Thanks guys

It does. I'm not sure how long it last.

Hello,

That's a fairly good question! If they visit your link for 1 second, and exit out, I'm absolutely sure it leaves a cookie.. however one thing I am not certain about is if the user has clicked on multiple affiliate links.. which referral do they get? The first click, or the last.. ?

Kind Regards,
Everett

Hello,

I am part of the support team. Cookies question Unfortunately, I do not know that answer since I do not do any programming - mostly staff certification, and other account issues.

Kind Regards,
Everett

Sorry for the double post, i have an update:
They "set a cookie that lasts for 5 days for any affiliate you refer. If the affiliate returns and signs up during those 5 days, the affiliate is automatically credited to you via the database. "
Thats what the support taught me Cookies question
Good luck guys !

What if a person clicks on my affiliate link, but doesn't sign up, that same person, the following day comes back to Seocheckout from someone else's affiliate link, does that person get the affiliate under them instead of me because the person clicked on that one most after mine, although it is still within my "Cookie Time"? Here is their answer:
"They will get the affiliate that originally sent them as long as their Cookie is still intact. If they have cleared cookies/cache, they will get the next affiliate link they click on as their affiliate. There is nothing we can do about that. "
