Sorry for the double post, i have an update:
They "set a cookie that lasts for 5 days for any affiliate you refer. If the affiliate returns and signs up during those 5 days, the affiliate is automatically credited to you via the database. "
Thats what the support taught me

What if a person clicks on my affiliate link, but doesn't sign up, that same person, the following day comes back to SEOClerks from someone else's affiliate link, does that person get the affiliate under them instead of me because the person clicked on that one most after mine, although it is still within my "Cookie Time"? :P

"They will get the affiliate that originally sent them as long as their Cookie is still intact. If they have cleared cookies/cache, they will get the next affiliate link they click on as their affiliate. There is nothing we can do about that. "
