    Hello,
    This is posted within the wrong section.. However, you should contact the seller directly, either using the order page and/or the inbox.
    Within the order page, you can also send the seller a mutual cancellation, when accepted, you'll get your money back.

    There is a simple way to go about this, which is asking the seller to cancel the order since he can't be able to process the order. That is the only option you can be able to get your money back.
