I am under the understanding by your title of this thread, that you have been messaging "prospective buyers"...
If this is the case, it definitely sounds as though your account has been restricted because of spamming other members of the forum or marketplace. This is something you are not allowed to do. It is an expectation of both the community and the marketplace, that Seller's are to let the customers come in naturally. We aren't suppose to spam or harass individuals to get business, as going down that road will only lead to trouble, which would ultimately impact how much business we get, such as getting out account restricted.

Explain the situation to them, however if you have been messaging "prospective buyers", you may have to deal with your account being restricted until the allotted time required. The next time you are about to message people with your services (spamming), keep this in mind, as I'm sure you won't want to go through this again.
