Many banks these days have by default disabled this feature to prevent fraud and protect the card holder which is actually a good thing since most of the ATM cards are used locally at POS and at ATM machines. What @[USER=176997]topclassseo[/USER] said is very true, but if you are want to use the card and not PayPal then you should contact your Bank that provided you the card and request them to activate your Card for online shopping on the internet. I assume you have a MaterCard or VisaCard as your ATM card.
