Hello,

I just paid for an order, and this message popped up:
Your account and order were flagged as high risk. A staff member will review the order and process it if necessary or refund the payment within 24 hours. If you feel this is in error, please contact support.?

Have sent a message to the support. What is the requirement(s) for one to order a service here please? This payment is through Paypal.

Thanks
Mfon Inyang

I think that this sort of warning gets flagged up dependent on location for high risk countries for online fraud or money laundering.
It is nothing personal and possibly a requirement of the payment processor.

High-Risk Countries and Regions for Online Fraud
The countries/cities/regions on the following list are considered as high-risk for online fraud, though not every order from these areas will be fraudulent. And remember: safe transactions aren't guaranteed just by shipping to areas outside this list.
Africa
Amsterdam in Holland
Belgium
Bulgaria
China
Eastern Europe
Egypt
Ghana
Indonesia
Israel
Lithuania
Malaysia
Russia
Malmö in Sweden
Nigeria
Pakistan
Palestine
Romania
Southwest Asia
Turkey
Ukraine
