The biggest paid to post forums have been shut down as they are rarely profitable anymore and so many people would just prefer to hang out on Facebook, rather than posting for a penny or two.

You can easily google this by searching, 'paid to post forum' and you will come up with a few results.

Or, you could create a service on Seocheckout for forum posting services and offer your services to forum owners. You would need to offer a high quality post at a good price. But, if this is something you like doing, posting on forums then it might work out for you.

If earning coins is okay with you, try forumcoin.com which pays 1.5 cents for every post you make regardless of length. But there's a limit to the number of posts in a day. What's good in this site is not really the money but more for the information that you see on the boards mostly about earning money online.

You can find a lot of paid to post forums when you join Postloop and The Forum Wheel. If you are accepted you can earn anywhere between 5 cents to 10 cents for each post. However, entry criteria is very tough on Postloop and The Forum Wheel. MarketStreetForum.com, BeerMoneyForum.com and ForumCoin.com are some of the paying forums.
