For a few hours, this has been how my 'manage sales' tab looks. I've gone over every sale to ensure there are no unread messages from sellers. Also, I took time to update all messages. And, no matter how many times I reload the tab or check messages, this still appears. I'm missing something, I just don't know what. Maybe there is a pending sale? I am just concerned that a buyer messaged me and I have not received it yet.
Same thing happened with me, i think that was a problem of servers/programming which continuously showing 1 notification of manage sales but after some hours this problem automatically resolved.

Hello Beverly its a simple issue i have facing this type of problem before and i research that one and find out it finally .
Just goto Sell->Manage Sell->Click on the tab Unread->You can see orders are there click on that order->than only that alert symbol will be remove.
