As it says within the message itself. "Contact the support". The support is the only ones who's able to help you sort things out. Visitors, buyers and sellers on Seocheckout can't help you with this. Contact the support here. Create a new ticket and ask them what's causing this. Someone from the Staff will reply and answer your questions shortly.

Like I said earlier, within our conversation.

If this is what the support told you:

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconvenience. Your fraud score is 97.51% chance of fraud by our system algorithm and you were automatically flagged. Because of this, we are unable to process your order. If you were using a proxy or other method to disguise your IP address, we suggest removing the proxy IP and trying again.

Your order has been refunded back to the original payment source.

Then, there's nothing we can do. You have to try doing the steps the support suggested. If you do and it still doesn't work you'll have to contact the support. No one but the staff of Seocheckout can help you with this. You've been "flagged" with a huge fraud score, which means that you'll never be able to "fix your problem" by doing other things but what the Staff suggested.
