    If I accept cancelation of order, requested by seller, where I will refunded, Will it on my SEO account or it will go back on my paypal.com account?

    Will I get all the money back ? I can't understand please help me.. Please answer me as early as possible.. Thanks

    Hi shawon,

    If you agree on a mutual cancellation you'll get a full refund. The money will appear as balance within your Seocheckout account and can only be used for purchases. However, I'm quite sure that the support can help you out in case you would like to move the money to your paypal account instead. Just send them a ticket and they'll give you an answer as soon as they can.

    it goes into your Seocheckout balance not paypal, you cannot withdraw that amount, you have to use this money to buy another service..

    if you accept cancellation request by seller. your all money will appear as balance within your Seocheckout account and can only be used for purchases..

    after cancellation you all money goes to your Seocheckout balance not paypal. you cant withdraw your money to your Seocheckout balance.

    but dont open dispute for any reason

    with in same day when you accept the cancellation check your account balance it will be there.

    You can accept the mutual cancellation and funds will return to your balance. If you want a refund to Paypal or funding source, you will need to submit a help ticket at support desk to ask for your refund. A refund can only go back to the original funding source and must be fully available in your balance at time of request. In other words, we can't do partial refunds.
