How to recover my money?

I am not able to login to seocheckout.com. One of my order was cancelled. I think they have banned my account but I had $119 balance in "clearing" status- just one day to go before I could have withdrawn the money when Seocheckout not allowing me to login.

They even don't inform me anything about it.

How should I get my balance money?

If all was clean at your end and you think there is some sort of confusion then I suggest you immediately create and ticket and let the support staff handle this issue for you.

Sometimes, login issues have nothing to do with a ban. You should try another browser. Your browser might be having problems with the secured site login, that is the SSL. Also file the help ticket suggested before. They can tell you whether or not your account was banned.

I got a reply from them and they said that "my account is banned". They said I got the orders from fraudulent accounts.

Is this my fault? How do I know that where the orders are coming from? They should ban the buyers account, not mine.

Even if they have decided to ban my account, they should at least send my balance money available in the account.

This is completely unjustifiable.
