Hello @justseo786

First of all its great to hear you are having a good time and good response here at Seocheckout Can I send my another service link directly to my old buyer?? I hope as time passes you will find this even better .

I have tried to contact support almost 5 months back regarding this issue they said you can contact your buyer as many times as you want through inbox. But be careful to send messages only to buyers because if you send mass messages you will get your account restricted for spam .

Let me know if you need help with anything else Can I send my another service link directly to my old buyer??

Regards
Farah khan

I frequently contact my old buyers, when I don't receive regular new orders...but when I get loads of orders I don't get time to take atleast a breath... :-)

Buyers who have bought from you and left a positive feedback are more likely to buy from you again.

If I were you then I would only send links to other services if I think these would be really useful for them to have.

Don't think that a buyer will be interested in something entirely different than what you have sold to them before.

A nice and NON-Spammy way would be to first inquire about the buyer current and future needs without directly sending links to your other services. When buyer reveals his/her plans then you will be in a much better position to decide if the service you want to recommend is going to help or not.

Best of luck.
