What happens to the money if an order is cancelled?

If I were to buy a service from an Seocheckout seller and then cancel, would I get a refund into Paypal? How would I receive my money back?

When you receive a refund, the money will go into your Seocheckout balance to be used with on future Seocheckout purchases. From what I know, this money cannot be withdrawn to Paypal.

i thought the money will go back to the person in such a way that he can decide to get it via paypal or other means. never know it will go to account balance, but what of if the buyer wants it in paypal?

Funds from a cancelation, can't be withdrawn, however it does get credited back into your Seocheckout account within 5 days of the cancelation for further purchase in the marketplace.
