    Why is the order is taking a lot longer than i was told?!!

    i have made a purchase from the seller over a week ago and yet i still havnt heard or seen anything yet...???
    and there are no other ways to contacting you so pls get back to me asap would like to know whats the reason for my order being taken so long... i was told it will take maximum 2days!!

    Check on the service listing to see when the expected date of delivery is? Has it been marked as complete? What type of service did you order?

    Have you already tried communicating with the seller? There is no need to instantly contact the support or open a dispute.

    have the delivery time expires or is the order still in progress? . it is not really about contacting support quickly. send a message to the seller and give him some time to respond and make sure the order is still in progress. if the delivery time has elasped and no message reply since 3 days, then you can contact support.
