    Want to start a Yahoo Answers type site

    Please give advice on what CMS I should be using to start a Yahoo Answers (questions/answers) type site where visitors can submit questions and have them answered by others on site. Also would like a built in voting system and ability for user to choose 'Best Answer' or have an on site reward system such as points.

    This can be easily accomplished with Drupal. Though there are more dedicated question/answer type sites available, depending on your budget. Not all CMS are free, so investigate before committing to one.

    You can try jhoomla as well. They have many templates and great UI for you to start a site like yahoo answers.

    You can search for question-answer themes for WordPress.
    WordPress websites are easy to build and manage.

    Also, check with your host as they are likely to have Softaculous which will install unlimited Q&A sites for you.
