    Try to private message buyer to review your order and mark it as complete. However, you can not force him to do so. In that case only option remains is to wait for order to be marked complete automatically in 8 days.

    You have to wait 8 days. If it doesn't automatically complete the order after 8 days, contact support.

    8 days for it to show as being complete if the buyer doesn't do it manually and then a further 9 days to clear the funds to make the available.
