A very new forum member should not be able to message other members, except for staff and admin until after they have accumulated many posts. This will prevent someone from signing up just to be able to send spam messages. The amount of messages a new member can send will also depend on the forum policy.A very new forum member should not be able to message other members, except for staff and admin until after they have accumulated many posts.
