Can anyone suggest a good way to deal with pilferers?

Hello Seocheckout friends,

a couple days ago I stumbled upon my gig clone on this site. It's selling my 150+ List and the seller had copied everything. The thing is that I don't offer this list anymore cause I offer another one which is better (200+ list), so that gig of mine was deleted.
Well, I totally understand that I can't prove anything and it's like battling with locusts with your bare hands... But I thought maybe some users here have some experience dealing with such issues and they can share it Can anyone suggest a good way to deal with pilferers?
Thank you all in advance!

P.S. I wrote to that seller that he/she could at least change the wording a bit to look more original, but didn't get any reply.

Your battling with locusts with your bare hands made me laugh. It does sometimes feel that way.

Regarding the gig cloning, contact support with an order number for your previous list (which has the list attached) and the new gig. If your gig was copied from another source originally, there isn't anything we can do.

Thank you, Jordan, for your reply! Unfortunately, I haven't got any sales for my list on Seocheckout ((( That's why I know that I can't prove anything.
Well, at least I see one great point here. If people sell my list, then it's really good Can anyone suggest a good way to deal with pilferers?

Either this is a clever way to promote your own gig by coming up with this little story line for the ole 'oh by the way here is my gig' bit.. or this is genuine. Either way you could always just report it, customer service here is top notch and if you have proof, they will make you pudding ;)
Or you can go as far as to buy the gig, and leave negative feedback to rank them down and cause them the issues they deserve... Thats about as vindictive as i think i would get. I don't like poachers ;)

Hello J,
Thank you for your reply and suggestions.
Concerning reporting, please read my reply to Jordan above.
As for leaving negative feedback, I don't practice this kind of stuff. One day someone might do the same to me... But thanks a lot for your recommendations.
BTW, your first sentence kinda surprised me Can anyone suggest a good way to deal with pilferers? I never have and never will practice little dirty methods like the one described by you. And moreover I'm not that stupid to think that after posting this question hundreds of folks will want to check out my list.

Cheers,
Oksana
