personal domain name hosting

I want to be able to create new domains and host them, they should also be able to redirect to different address. This will be running of my network so I don't have to pay godaddy for each new domain I want. This will be the website domain like www.seocheckout.com . I should not have to pay monthly for this only once. It should be able to run off my PCs at my house.
